DUNE /// Harkonen Guard

A concept created to try and reinvent the iconic Harkonen look.
The conceit was to reduce the color pallet to a near black and white scheme portraying their narrow focus and absolutist brutal views. I also wanted to play heavily with contrast on material and form. The armor has simple iconic shapes while the faces would have this ashy, charcoal skin that is tough and hardened in order to emphasize their brutal nature.
